Kids Mindfulness & Art - Thursdays ~ Session 5


In our 5 week program for children we combine creativity and mindfulness to empower young minds by providing a creative space to nurture and inspire the next generation’s success.

Children will learn about the workings of their brain, engage in mindful games and yoga movement, learn about the power of the breath and participate in creative projects

Grades K-8:  Thursdays 3:30-5pm
