Enjoy a mindful yoga class with your family, while learning conscious parenting skills.
Each Saturday we will learn new skills to respond calmly in our life and not to react, children will learn how to stay centered and increase their focus through our mindful books, different breathing techniques and yoga. Becoming more aware of our emotions is essential in order to manage them, mindfulness is key to this awareness. Class is open to families with children ages newborn to 9 years old. Older siblings welcome.
You can make-up classes if you miss a session in the next month.
